All packages are fully insured at no additional cost. Tracking information will be provided via the platform through which your order was placed (Shopify or PayPal). For purchases made during live sales, your shipping label and tracking details will also be sent to you via direct message.

Due to the labor-intensive nature of packing and shipping our products, all sales are considered final. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to resolve it.
