Do you offer payment plans?

We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, all major credit cards, and ShopPay.

We no longer offer in-house payment plans. However, installment options are available through third-party providers such as ShopPay and PayPal, subject to their terms and approval.

For any existing payment plans established under our previous system, full payment must be completed within 12 months of the original invoice date. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the order being considered abandoned. All prior payments, including deposits, will be forfeited, and the item(s) will not be fulfilled.

When will my order arrive?

Thank you for your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of placement using USPS or UPS. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to amend addresses once an order has been shipped.

All packages are fully insured at no additional cost. Tracking information will be provided via the platform through which your order was placed (Shopify or PayPal). For purchases made during live sales, your shipping label and tracking details will also be sent to you via direct message.

While we take great care in packaging and dispatch, please note that delays or issues within the postal system are outside of our control.

For international orders, please contact us directly for a shipping quote. We do not profit from shipping and always aim to secure the most cost-effective option available.

Do you offer returns, or are items final sale?

Due to the labor-intensive nature of packing and shipping our products, all sales are considered final.

If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to resolve it. Depending on the situation, we may offer a store credit or refund upon return of the item.

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, our shipments are fully insured. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund, and you may not be required to return the damaged item.

Can I combine orders?

We offer combined shipping for live sale purchases.

If you would like your order held to combine with future purchases, please notify us. We will hold your box until your next order. All open boxes are closed at the end of each year.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details—including shipping address—are correct at checkout.

How do I care for my minerals?

Some minerals (such as calcite and softer formations) are delicate and may be sensitive to water, pressure, or impact.

Please handle all specimens with care and store specimens in the appropriate environment.

Natural variations & colors disclaimer

All items sold are natural mineral specimens. Variations in color, inclusions, internal fractures, asymmetry, or minor edge wear are inherent to natural formation and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately represent each item; however, colors may vary depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
