Welcome to Surry Hills Stones. We are Nicola and Otavio located in the BOK building, in the heart of South Philadelphia.  

Otavio, who is from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, started the business in 2019. Disillusioned with corporate America, Otavio decided to start his own business with a small suitcase of stones brought back from a family vacation in Brazil. 

During the pandemic Nicola, who worked as a Communications Director at a non profit, began to help out. In June of 2020 they started doing Instagram live shows on their kitchen table. After 12 months the moved to a space in the BOK building, a hub for small businesses and creatives in South Philadelphia.

They have recently begun to expand into small wholesale lots and plan for other areas of growth in the future.

Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 6pm EST

Instagram Story and Live Sales
Story Sales: Monday starting at 12pm EST until sell out and Sunday starting at 6pm EST until sell out.
Live Sales: Tuesdays at 5pm EST - 11pm EST and occasional Fridays at 2pm EST
